Leo M. Skladany, ASA began his real estate appraisal career in 1979 as a statewide commercial and industrial appraiser for the Illinois Department of Revenue. In advance of this position, Mr. Skladany graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. In 1982 Mr. Skladany began appraising commercial and industrial real estate on a national level. Mr. Skladany has appraised in 46 states as well as Canada and the Caribbean. In 1989 Mr. Skladany started his own appraisal firm, Skladany Valuation, LLC. Actively involved in the real estate community, Mr. Skladany has served as a board member for the Lancaster County Commercial and Industrial Council, The Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Over his 30 year career, Mr. Skladany has appraised most types of commercial real estate ranging from underground coal mines to Manhattan office buildings.
Mr. Skladany holds the ASA designation from the American Society of Appraisers. He is licensed as a general appraiser in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York and is a licensed broker in Pennsylvania.
